Coquina Beach, located on the south end of Anna Maria Island, is one of the largest beaches in the area with all of the amenities. Plentiful free parking, lifeguards, concessions, picnic tables, playground, restrooms and showers are all available. A boat launch, bayside, is across the street from the beach. |

DIRECTIONS: From Sarasota/Bradenton airport, go north on Tamiami Trail (US 41) to Cortez Rd. Turn Left (west) on Cortez, continue for approximately 8 miles. When you cross over drawbridge, turn Left at the traffic light. Coquina Beach is approximately a mile down on the right.
From I-75, Take exit #217, go west on SR 70 for approximately 11½ miles. Turn Left (west) on Cortez Rd., cross over drawbridge and turn Left at the traffic light. Coquina Beach is approximately a mile down on the right.
